Position Description

The duties may also involve operation of a company vehicle.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Duties include, but are not limited to, performing tasks to support operations in: Mail Operations -- performing assigned tasks in the mail operation unit, including but not limited to, use of mail opening equipment, use of postage metering equipment, use of a package tracking system, sorting mail, delivering mail, preparing packages for shipment, assembly and preparation of mail pieces for mailing, updating & use of Salesforce, any other system used for submission of fulfillment requests, and other duties as assigned.
  • Imaging and Front-End Services -- performing assigned tasks in the imaging and front-end services unit, including but not limited to, reviewing and electronically file folder imaged documents from established queues into folders, routes RightFax documents and e-mails to designated queues, and adds image number into Facets. Reviews and sorts in-coming paper documents into established categories. Operation of document scanning equipment, and other duties as assigned.
  • Printing Services -- performing assigned tasks in the printing services unit, including but not limited to, operation and day to day maintenance of all bindery equipment, completion of job finishing & packaging requirements, and other duties as assigned.
  • Warehouse Services -- performing assigned tasks in the warehouse services unit, including but not limited to, receiving tasks, filling & delivering orders from warehouse requests, performing inventory checks, use of and updating the inventory management system, maintaining order of materials stored within the warehouse, filing, operation of company vehicles, and other duties as assigned.
  • Courier Services -- performing assigned tasks in the courier services unit, including but not limited to, transporting materials to and from the various CBC and affiliate offices, periodic deliveries and/or pick-ups to or from external locations, daily inspection of vehicles, and other duties as assigned.
  • Records Management -- performing assigned tasks in the record management (retention) unit, including but not limited to, receiving record retention requests to enter and/or pull records, performing record retention checks, use of and updating the record management system, maintaining order of materials stored within the various record retention storage areas, filing, operation of company vehicles, and other duties as assigned.

Skills:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal personnel.
  • Ability to read and understand the English language and accurately identify alpha and numeric characters.
  • Ability to adjust to changing job requirements and priorities in order to meet dynamic needs and workflow.
  • Ability to work independently and perform assigned duties with a minimum of direct day-to-day direction.

Experience:

  • Preferred experience in using a variety of computer applications such as FACETs, WorkDesk, Salesforce, SCLogic, Workday, Microsoft Office, and other PC software in order to support the activities of the Corporate Support Services department.

Education and Certifications:

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles.

Physical Demands:

Routine activities involve stooping, reaching, stretching, and bending. Duties involve medium work (exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally OR up to 25 pounds of force frequently OR up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects). Ability to perform repetitive motions accurately. Visual acuity to perform close inspection of written and computer generated documents.
