This role reports to the Vice President of Learning and Culture and is responsible for planning, developing, and executing change management strategies and activities that support successful adoption of initiatives across Capital Blue Cross and family of companies. -The role combines deep change management expertise with a strong understanding of organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement. -This role will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, HR, and project teams to ensure the human side of change is effectively addressed and sustained. They will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, building organizational readiness, and embedding a culture of change resilience.
