The Compliance Specialist is an active, direct contributor to the development, administration and monitoring of the Compliance Program to ensure Capital’s compliance with applicable regulatory and other compliance program requirements. The incumbent supports and/or administers compliance processes owned by the Compliance Department, engages directly with business areas and legal teams, and participates in internal and cross-functional projects that involve compliance matters. The Compliance Specialist also serves as a point of contact to respond to compliance inquires and assist in resolving compliance issues.
